Nidhin Sugathan

I would like to commend Nidhin for the wonderful care he has given to my father. My father is unable to speak or communicate his needs, but he always seems to understand when something is wrong with my father.

One time, he noticed from my father's facial expression that he was uncomfortable. Without anyone saying anything, he immediately came to assess him, adjusted his position, checked all the tubes carefully, and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. Moments like these mean so much to our family because they show how attentive and caring he is.

Nidhin always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain things to us. He keeps us informed and reassured, which gives us peace of mind during a very difficult time.

What stands out most is his ability to recognize my father's needs even when my father cannot speak for himself. He treats him with kindness, dignity, and respect every day. Knowing that my father is cared for by someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely compassionate has been a great comfort to our family.

We are truly grateful for this, Nidhin, and for the exceptional care he provides every day.
