Nidia Montalvo, LPN

Her name is Nidia and she made me smile right from the start. Humorous, very confident, and extremely happy with her profession. When it was time for my discharge, Nidia was super nice, answered my every need, and was very gentle in getting me dressed. I had no money on me and needed a prescription at the hospital pharmacy. I asked Nidia to go get my son and ask him to please pay. Nidia went out to get him and came back and said all was good and the prescription was paid for. I later found out that my son had never paid. Nidia went above and beyond the call of duty. Her wink, her smile, and her joy to help others. Nidia went above and beyond to help me out.
