My mom has been in a hospital type setting for over a year. We have seen many different nurses in this time. Nigel's care, attitude, bedside manner is just amazing. He really cared and respected my mom's wishes as well as the rest of the family. Mom would always light up when she saw him, he really made her day. Nigel was always on top of things and made sure Mom got the best care possible.
Nigel definitely has a heart of gold and knows how to treat patients and their family.
