Niki was the day nurse for my wife who has been a patient at Harborview four times over the last five years and Niki provided her with the best care she's ever had. Niki took a real interest in her patient, taking into consideration her health history, normal strength and exercise activity, susceptibility to pain and pain management needs. Niki's care also included her wonderful and caring personality, gaining my wife's trust and appreciation during her hospitalization. I am grateful that my wife was lucky enough to have Niki's care and attention. Thank you, Niki!!

Niki talked to me while my dressing change was going on. She distracted me from my pain. We talked about travel and history. We talked together. I feel she helps me heal. She was careful about changing the dressing.
