Nikia Philips

I served as Nikia's preceptor for her graduate immersion experience, and she definitely exemplifies the caring philosophy. She has in-depth knowledge of the science and art of nursing. Her willingness to enter the patient's space and be sensitive to them was demonstrated by her authentic presence in every patient encounter. Additionally, she is recognized as an outstanding clinician by her colleagues in the community and the patients she served.
