My father is suffering from congestive heart failure and has a wound that opened on his leg. He has had to have a compression wrap put on several times to help facilitate the healing process. His other leg is swelling and overall, he is not doing well.
Nikki helped my dad at his appointment and was so kind and compassionate with my dad. She made him feel like he was the most important person at the moment! We then had an appointment a few days later with Dr. L who was also amazing with my dad and helping my mom understand. Nikki then re-wrapped my dad's leg again. Nikki was also patient and very kind to my dad this day as well. It was truly healthcare from the heart! I'm not sure how long my dad has to live, but the kindness and compassion shown was priceless!
