I had been here for about three days and it seemed like I couldn't get anything I needed from the doctors, but Nikki came in and got everything I needed. She never complained. She gave me hugs and motivated me. Also, Nikki listened to me while I cried. She is fast and on top of her job. At the end of the day, she smiles through it all!
