I have worked with Nikki for around 10 years now. She has always demonstrated care, compassion, and excellence when it comes to patient care. She proves to be an outstanding team player, always willing to lend a hand, a great teacher with new equipment and procedures and a good friend. In her role as Charge Nurse, Nikki has truly raised the bar and set new standards for other Charge Nurses to follow. She ensures new patients are fully admitted upon arrival to Med/Surg, usually completed by herself or by the House Supervisor at Nikki's request. As a floor nurse, I always feel relief when Nikki is in charge.
