Today it is a "ray of sunshine" to find a nurse like Nikki. She will always take the time to explain anything. She will keep on until you fully understand your concerns - nothing too small or too large. She's a very compassionate soul. Nikki also is excellent and well versed in her nursing care and skills. It is very hard to find work ethics such as you find in Nikki. I do hope you know what a find you have in Nikki and acknowledge the positive in ethics/skills/and compassion.
Sometimes when you find yourself in the hospital, a nurse such as Nikki is the best medicine you can be taking, because a frame of mind can be just as powerful as any medicine given.I want to thank Nikki for just being herself. Also, I want to thank her for working during the COVID-19 to help us all.
