Nikki Daffron, RN

Nikki is an amazing nurse; she is literally an angel of mercy. Her kindness to my mother will never be forgotten. She is very thorough and informative. I wouldn't have survived without her expertise, she's very professional and tender hearted. In my eyes, Nikki deserves such an honor. She always informed us when she would arrive at our house and would be prompt. From the very contact, Nikki took a professional approach to everything from the initial interview to her communication with my wife to her care for my mother-in-law. She was extremely compassionate, and her recent experience with her mother created an empathy for me that is truly remarkable. She was very straightforward and yet sensitive in her communication and very respectful and confident in her teammates. Her bubbly personality, calm demeanor, and madness in all situations were amazing! She was also always available, and in my mind, we made a new friend!
