I delivered my daughter at Baptist Health Richmond. Nikki is an outstanding nurse and so compassionate. All because of one nurse believed in me, I am taking my newborn baby home. Although there was a false positive drug screen Nikki did everything she could to advocate for my daughter and me. Although I am a recovering addict (sober for 4 years) I was not judged at all, treated with the upmost respect. Nikki was on a mission to try to figure out what could have happened, because of her courage to stand up and choose to help I will forever be grateful!
