Nikki has been incredibly accommodating to myself and my family as guests, as well as to my mom who is a patient here in the ICU. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are all comfortable in this difficult time. She helped me obtain documentation and signatures for my flights and FMLA. She was kind and patient with all of us and so respectful of my mom. Life can be very humbling when you have to depend on others to take care of your every need and Nikki made my mom feel comfortable and treated her with dignity.
