Nurse Nikki, we can't begin to imagine what it's like to do her job. We wanted to thank her for everything that she did for my best friend during the past three weeks while she was getting iron infusions.

It takes a special person with compassion and a caring nurse. She's so incredible and has so much grace and strength that she shows daily while taking care of all her patients. We're grateful and blessed to know her now.

We saw resiliency and personally witnessed her dedication and love that she shows everyone. Nurse Nikki pours love and kindness into her patients daily. We love her and the other nurses on the 3rd floor. It's a special floor with lots of smiles and laughs.

We believe one of the most important values of nursing is to respect the dignity of their patients, and she is very thoughtful as she provides care.
