Nikolay Boltik, RN

Nurse Nikolay provided great education on rounds and what I needed to do that wasn’t presented by the initial care team. He was motivational, kind and supportive in every intervention he gave. His team member C was also supportive in helping him provide care, but when I was feeling down and like I wasn’t getting far in my care, he reminded me of how well I was doing and even when I confused something between my bed mate and me he met me with compassion. Z came in on the shift after Nikolay being a positive force and motivator, she explained every step, always had a smile and provided a rapport that was needed. She not once forgot about us in her business and got us all out based on our discharge plans even when orders were initially missing. I couldn’t imagine having a different after care team
