Nimi Dominic is the coworker that you are blessed to be on shift with. Not only has she always been willing to assist me in times of need ex: a difficult IV, taking a look at clogged catheters, but she is compassionate with our residents in their times of need and supportive of the staff she interacts with. A woman of great faith continues to bring her bright and cheery attitude to every shift she is on. Nimi's nursing skills are well above the average nurse, and she brings her knowledge to share with others. They don’t get any better than her! I want to commend her for her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond every single day, regardless of how tired she may be.
