I had an excellent care team during & following my surgery. Nimisha took care of me my 2nd & 3rd days on the Day shifts. I had an awful experience during surgery, and it resulted in trauma and physical pain I do not want to remember. Each member of the staff was genuine in their concern and compassion. Things I didn't even request were done. Kind words offered to call my family to keep them updated. Noticing I was reading the Bible and Devotional app on my phone, offering to pray with me. Making sure the physical pain was being checked and coming down safely. Not once was I left alone in recovery. Not even for a second. They kept me engaged and talking. They worked as a team, rotating as my recovery lasted several hours longer than normal. They all stuck around till I was where I needed to be transferred to the room. Nimisha doted over me, talked with me about books I was reading and a show I was watching online and had what I needed before I asked. Upon my discharge, she realized the pharmacies were closing. She made sure the Doctor knew and made sure everything was taken care of. She even managed somehow to get me help with copay when she found out I flat broke due to being robbed a few months earlier and still reeling from the consequences! And did everything with a Kind and Beautiful Smile!
