Nina Figoli, RN

As a patient admitted from the ER, I arrived at my room to a welcome from a nurse who had a warm smile and allowed me to feel at ease with the order of not getting out of bed. I was dependent on all services, including a bedside toilet. Nina allowed my dignity to remain, and I was able to laugh and feel comfortable because of Nina's genuine caring with excellent nursing skills. Nina's attitude was that nothing is a big deal- just ask. Without asking, Nina brought me 2 hot water towels, one with soap and one for rinsing, and a towel. This means so much for a bed patient- she cared. Amazing, no big deal for Nina. My clinic stay is excellent because of Nina.
