Our son has been in the NICU for almost 3 weeks with tracheal and laryngeal malacia. Nina was one of his nurses, and has been warm and friendly; demonstrating professionalism at every turn. Not only does she check in on our son even when he's not under her specific care, she also has found things to make his stay brighter and more stimulating. She found a small music, sound, and movement item for the side of his crib as well as a book for me to read to him while holding him. I cannot recommend her highly enough or stress enough how wonderful and reassuring having her on his team has been.
