Nina Rhea, RN

Nina stands out as an Extraordinary Nurse who takes us all under her wing, and never lets anyone feel less than her. She lifts the team up and is always encouraging. She is the first to jump in and help, and always puts her patients first. She is a member of multiple teams, and always takes the lead role. One of my favorite things about her is that she tries her absolute best to make sure every new nurse or nurse assistant feels welcome. I hope one day that I can be as great of a nurse as Nina is. I cannot think of another nurse more deserving of the DAISY Award.
