Nina is an excellent nurse, who delivers patient and family-centered care. She always assesses her patients thoroughly and she has been responsible for initiating early intervention and preventing at least two patients from coding. She always comes in with a smile and never appears stressed. She is very thoughtful and is always concerned for her patients and renders exceptional care.
