It has been a few weeks since my dad was a patient of Ninah's at Forbes, yet I find myself thinking of her often. She kept a calm composure at all times. Her concern was to care for my father. I felt confidence in her. She knew what she was doing, was up to date on what he needed, and she did not have to look in the computer for answers. She knew her patients and that was such a comfort. Her physical appearance was always on point and that also gave me a confidence that I was working with a professional in every sense of the word. Fortunately, that was the first time we had to deal with a scary medical prognosis. Emotions run high from scared, to tired, to life is changing, and I don't know how to do this! If I could see Ninah again I would thank her for doing her job with perfection! I would tell her how much it meant to know she was caring for my dad in ways I could not. I would thank her for remaining steadfast in the middle of our storm! She is greatly appreciated!
