Ninfa G Caballero, RN

I nominate Ninfa Caballero for the DAISY Award for her compassion, hard work, and full dedication to her job as a Nurse. I know that being a nurse is not easy, and they say it is your responsibility to care for your patient; however, Ninfa possessed more than just that. She goes the extra mile for her patients, and her motto is “patient first.” She ensures the comfort of her patients before hers. She treats the patients like her own family, and she is very gentle and genuine in the way she interacts with them. She is not only dedicated and kind to her patients but also a helpful and trustworthy colleague. For me, this is more than just a “job well done.”
