Nino Giacomelli, RN

Nino has stepped up into a difficult role at a difficult time. He is incredibly caring and easy to work with. He truly exemplifies professionalism in a time and era where it is most needed. Multiple times after working an entire day Nino has taken call when another nurse has been out or unable to do so. In addition whenever problems arise even if he is not on-call Nino is always reachable and able to solve these problems. It is hard to imagine stepping into a more difficult role at a more difficult time than he did. We need to award nurses like Nino for their incredible dedication---when the hospital needs it the most.
