After my husband's robotic colon resection, Jay was such a breath of fresh air. Our stress over the surgery & the recovery was calmed immediately by his knowledge, understanding, his love for his job, and his personable attitude. He never rushed us. He answered all questions we had without being condescending or acting like he was put out. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced care from an RN at such a level, ever. I understand they are all busy. But Jay took time to get to know "us" on a personal level. The time he takes to care for his patients is a true asset to this facility and I can only hope he receives all the recognition he deserves for truly going above and beyond just caring for his patients. People like Jay give us hope for a better tomorrow in health care. Thank you, Jay, from the bottom of our hearts, we wish you all the best!
