Nisha Thomas is a great lady who cares and puts 110% into her job, even stays over the time that she should! She has always shown respect to me, never treats me like a teenager, and respects me for who I am. She tries to be nice even if I'm in the wrong. She tells me, well shall I say, explains to me, why I am ill, if nothing else. If I ask her something she will advise me if she can. Nisha is a lovely lady and deserves appreciation, I think she deserves a medal. She never brings her problems to work because you can see that as Nisha is always positive, smiling, and always trying hard. She rushes around at a pace she can handle, and I love the lady to pieces due to her attitude, output, and caring. I have never met a nurse as great as her!
