Nishamol is accessible and effective from the bedside to the managerial level and completes so many roles. She goes well beyond what is expected of her to make sure that each patients' needs are being met. Whenever I call her with a question or concern, she is quick to find out the solution and respond to it. She is a mentor for staff, available and responsive to the needs of others, with critical thinking and problem-solving at the center of her teams.Nishamol promotes and enhances the image of nursing, she creates an environment that fosters care and compassion.
