Nishi went above and beyond staying an hour after she was off duty to hold my hand and calm me down when I was very distraught and upset. The entire shift she checked on me continuously and was a cheerful nurse. I thank her.

Nishi really saw the patient and also showed that she saw me as the caregiver. She rallied around us and went above and beyond in hearing our requests and seeing us as people with feelings. She made us feel heard and important which is much needed in these times of hard diagnosis, pain, and fear.
