Being in the hospital is always traumatizing for me, but if there is a positive and caring environment, it is the life-saver of the hospital. Nurses are blessings for both the patients and their families. A nurse began our experience with her great smile. She has been very nice in answering our queries. She explained everything in plain and simple language, and we understood it. She made sure that everything was clear by encouraging me to speak more, as she said she wanted me to proceed without any hesitations during the procedure. My family and I appreciated that. We tried to give her gifts. But she refused and what made us love her so much was when she said after refusing “No, thank you for that, please pray for me and my family instead of giving me gifts.” And this made me feel that this hospital is a true CARE Hospital.
