Nivah Bernal, RN

I would like to nominate Nivah for the DAISY Award in recognition of the incredible care she provided to my mother after her recent surgery. From the moment we met her, Nivah exuded warmth, professionalism, and compassion that made a lasting impression on our entire family. She went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable and as pain-free as possible during her recovery. Nivah took the time to explain every step of care, answered all our questions with patience, and treated my mom with dignity and respect. It was clear that her priority was not only excellent medical care but also emotional support. What truly stood out was her radiant smile and uplifting energy. Mom was in such capable hands. Nivah embodies everything the DAISY Award represents. Her compassion, skill, and dedication make her an Extraordinary Nurse, and we are so grateful for the impact she had on my mom’s healing journey.
