We recently lost a colleague. During our difficult time of sorrow, Nizza called the unit to offer words of comfort and went above and beyond to make sure that the staff was okay. She had the chaplain hold a prayer service during her weekend off. She is an extraordinary and impeccable RN who exemplifies her compassion to others, not only as a nurse but as an outstanding role model for Presence Health.
