Nkechi Ochije, RN

Nkechi is a hardworking team member at Team D health visiting service. She goes above and beyond for her clients and their families in order to meet their vulnerabilities. She is kind, an active listener, a team player, and resilient in view of the current climate of shortage of staff within the service. Her passion for health visiting means her family comes a close second to the demand of her role. The commitment she has shown to the role, colleagues, and families is of a high standard. As for me, I appreciate her being and strength and courage she has been to the service.
