I would like to commend Noa Madrid for the incredible compassion she showed while caring for a patient and family during the worst time in their lives. Although she is a newer RN in OB, Noa handled this heartbreaking situation with remarkable grace and empathy.
She spoke softly, explained everything with care, and made sure the family never felt rushed during such an emotional time. She created a calm, supportive space where they could grieve and be with their baby. What meant the most was how present she was. She anticipated their needs, helped create keepsakes, and treated their baby with such dignity and respect.
Her kindness brought comfort in a moment of deep loss. The family expressed how much her care meant to them, and it was clear she made a lasting impact.
