Noah J Hunter, ADN RN

Last week, Noah had a confused patient who frequently called out. Each time he went into the room, he showed care and compassion for the patient. He would talk with the patient to encourage and engage her to participate in the conversation. Through his actions, he showed her respect and maintained her dignity. Noah has great critical thinking skills and is not afraid to ask questions to ensure the best and safest patient care. Noah is also a great co-worker who is willing to help with any task. Noah is a great addition to the 3N nursing staff.
