Noe Frausto, RN
Noe was exceptional from the start! He came into my room, introduced himself and his student nurse, and began with the protocol for the day. This helped me understand the plan and what I could expect for the day. He provided guidance for his student nurse and allowed me to ask questions regarding the treatment ALWAYS with patience and a good attitude.
Additionally, he would often check up on me to make sure I was Okay and had received my food. It is no wonder he is mentoring another nurse! Even though the floor had a lot of patients, Noe was still attentive in helping me recover my health. I appreciate the level of excellent care that was provided to me by Noe and the staff. Of course, this DAISY nomination is just a small token of my appreciation. Thank you.
