Noel is consistently willing to improve care for Veterans and to help his peers in the achievement of this same goal. A prime example of Noel's enthusiastic disposition towards improvement was his effort in updating the PVAHCS Discharge Instructions to include the Veteran's allergy list. Prior to Noel's involvement, the Veteran's Discharge Instructions did not include an allergy list, placing the Veteran at risk of experiencing an adverse reaction to medications. Noel efficiently (and, as always, pleasantly) improved communication across the care continuum and improved care coordination by incorporating the allergy list into the Discharge Instructions. Many, many thanks to Noel for his outstanding work and his can-do attitude!!!!!
