Noel displays all of the above characteristics on a daily basis. She is an extraordinary nurse. We recently had a young man on our floor with a terminal diagnosis and poor family support. He was discharged to Angela Hospice and Noel continues to go and visit this young man nearly every day. Her compassion and commitment to the values we encourage at Providence are clearly evident.
