Noel's ED nursing skills are top notch. She participated in the care of a stroke patient who got TPA in under 45 minutes from the presentation. While taking care of another patient who was thought to be a stroke patient, Noel recognized that this patient was septic and got the early sepsis bundle management completed in under 3 hours. She took on the task of the quarterly donning/doffing challenges. Noel sees opportunities in everything that we do for our staff, visitor, and especially our patients.
