Noelle is a phenomenal nurse and truly made our family feel at home in the NICU. She provided our baby boy with excellent care and we felt incredibly comfortable and confident when she was looking after our son. She made sure to involve us in all of his cares and she provided us with a vast amount of resources and information. When our son was diagnosed with a coarctation of the aorta, she made sure to provide us with information from the Emily Center about this condition. She also provided printouts about some of his upcoming procedures, including the PICC line. She set us up with the Beads of Courage and continually kept it up to date for us. She explained everything about his care, medication, and condition thoroughly. We could not have asked for a better nurse. She got to know our family and our son and all of our fun little quirks. We were able to joke around with her for some much-needed comic relief. Noelle was also quick to help other nurses and patients when she was needed but never made us feel like we weren't still her top priority. She is clearly a team player, and very good at what she does. Her experience in her field is obvious and we are so so thankful we (and our son) were able to experience her care and compassion.
