Our grandmother suffered a fractured hip andNolenewas her nurse. Grandma is very hard of hearing and forgetful. Post-op she was very confused. Noleneanswered her call light promptly. She would get close to grandma's face so grandma could read her lips. She personally helped with her care and saw that it was done.
