I was in The Princess Grace Hospital for a full knee replacement. Rose looked after me from the moment I was admitted. She has a very positive, happy attitude and has been extremely helpful and understanding during my stay. Rose helped me a lot during difficult times after surgery and particularly the aftereffects of anesthetics and the lack of control over my lower body which I wasn't expecting. I found it embarrassing, however, Rose put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. Rose regularly called into my room to check up on me and make sure that I had everything, and I was comfortable. She is a credit to your organization and a credit to her role. I thank her for her commitment to her role, Rose is very attentive and her happy smile and attitude to her role are a true credit. Thank you for making my stay at the Princess Grace a comfortable and good experience.

The detailed care and kindness of the hospital nursing staff were most professional. My welfare was considered at all times in detailed and kind ways. Rose, in her practice, represents all of this care with courage, humor, commitment, and above all her humor and commitment.
