Nonhle N Ntshingila, Professional Nurse

Sr Nonhle Ntshingila never got tired of me. She's a night shift worker, and I'd be in pain and even anxious, but she'd always calm me down. She even managed to get me to eat and see life in a positive light. I don't know how many times my drip would come out because I essentially have good veins on my right arm, and my left arm was damaged during a previous admission.

She always came through with a beautiful smile even when the ward was crazy busy and they were short-staffed. I'll never forget the day that she had to recite 11 drips because the day staff had just left it like that, but she still did it all with a beautiful smile. She's a great example of a Healthcare worker who takes her oath seriously. Thank you for a stellar job, Sr, my Florence Nightingale.
