I was very happy how she would take care of my mom, I am so thankful, God Bless You.

...

She was everything to me when I was assigned to her, mother, sister, friend, counselor, EVERYTHING. Her caring ways and ability to see who I needed with my uncertain emotional state was AMAZING. Her sunshine smile never failed to pull me up out of my depression. I was assigned to in-patient by my insurance company instead of to out-patient. She helped me take a very difficult situation and use it in a positive way towards my therapy and my disability. She helped me accept that I was better than I thought and had an opportunity to get even better, and to take advantage of it and not waste it. I thank the lord every minute we interacted and that she was my nurse. I am from Maryland and was very much a stranger, and she helped me feel not so alone, and like one of her family.

...

All the time that my sister was at TIRR she was always available to answer all her questions and concerns. She is a very beautiful person and she was always available. Thank you God Bless Her.

...

Showed caring and professional attitude every day, never had a bad day. She explained all the meds, always asked if we needed anything with a beautiful smile. Before she left for the day she would come by and wish us well, showing me this is more than a job to her.

Norah listens to concerns and without being asked, will look for possible solutions to help the patient and the patient's family member. She has on several occasions listened to my comments and immediately acted to help solve the situation, some of these include: lengthy change times resulting in lack of sleep for the patient; a change in the patients mood partially attributed to constipation; adjusting feeding time to maximize amount of food consumption. Overall Norah is professional, knowledgeable and best of all-caring.
