She is a leader to her peers in striving for improving the patient and family experience, providing quality healthcare and ensuring that the processes in our clinic are followed so our patients are safely cared for. Noralina treats her patients and coworkers with dignity and respect. She achieves excellence in her workflow. She demonstrates great accountability and teamwork. She has been overseeing the outpatient pharmacy floor stock medications for the clinic and has worked tirelessly to improve the method of keeping and tracking the dispensing of the medications.
Noralina wanted to do something for our patients for the holiday season. She came up with the idea for us to collect coloring books and crayons, will be giving this to the children that come through the clinic the week of Christmas as a thank you gift for being our patients. I know it will make a world of difference to many of our patients. This gesture is just one of many examples of her thinking of our patients and how we can improve their experience at JPS.
