Noreen Caro is always ready to help anybody. Since my first day in Lakewood, she has been supportive and generous with her wisdom. I remember when I was still new, I had a very busy patient and was overwhelmed. I went to her and even though she was already giving a report to the night charge nurse, she still went to my patient and made sure I did everything correctly. She is a great charge nurse because she is calm under pressure and on top of everything that happens in the unit. She is a very patient charge nurse. She always has your back whenever you need help with nursing tasks. One of the best nurses in the unit. She will always ask how you are doing and is making sure all is going well.
