I had my MRI today. I asked for sedation because of my previous experience but because of Noreen, I was able to manage without the sedation. Noreen held my hand and was beside me the whole time and I was comforted. She treated me as one of her loved ones and I am so deeply touched. I am so grateful for what you have done to me. Noreen showed care and compassion. She did everything to address my problem with the coldness. She got me extra blankets and an extra gown. She also gave me something to keep my hands warm. Her bedside manner is extraordinary. My experience here was great. She put my nerves at ease.
