Noreen is like the energizer bunny when she is at work in the patient's room. She is knowledgeable for sure. She is not only reassuring to the patient, but she also cares about the family and is so truthful and reassuring to each and every one of them. Her favorite words to me were, "Just follow your heart." When she knew I had a very difficult (almost impossible) decision to make.

I recently was at OCMMC to visit my sister on the surgical floor. I was lost in the halls trying to find my way to the x-ray department where my mother was waiting to have an x-ray. Noreen smiled and asked if she could help. She walked me to the x-ray department. My mother was sitting there and Noreen introduced herself and asked mom if she needed a blanket. She went off and got mom a warm blanket. To me this was above and beyond what a caring person she is. I think of Noreen every day. We love your hospital; Noreen is an asset to your team and hospital.
