Noreen has been my nurse before and each time she gets better and better. The qualities I see are her knowledge of nursing and she is very competent. She always tells me what she is going to do. She answers all my questions and even though I end up using up her time she never makes me feel bad. She always gets the answer if she doesn't know. As she was teaching the student nurses, she was also teaching me about my feeding tube. Noreen always makes me smile. Her advice and feedback have been great. If we were outside of the hospital we could be good friends. It has been an honor having Noreen as my nurse. From my point of view, she is compassionate, empathetic, and very efficient. Noreen doesn't come in the room and slowly do stuff. She is always happy to help but also does it in the most proficient way.
Noreen, thank you for being my nurse. I know that I'll be back in the hospital, but knowing that you could be my nurse would be great as I trust you completely. God Bless you, Noreen, and my warm thoughts are always with you.
