Norene Smith, RN

This nurse took precious time from her very busy, demanding schedule to care for and assist a poorly prepared, unaccompanied, weak, elderly patient in completing her doctor's appointment in a safe and timely manner. Norene transported me to the main hospital for X-rays and back to the clinic. She then assured me I had proper transportation back to my home. If anyone deserves an award, this nurse does. UTMC should be proud to have such a dedicated, caring nurse employee. I called her my angel.
