Noricel was the most kind and generous nurse from the first moment. She showed genuine care for my father, for me, and our friends. During a very difficult period of pain Noricel advocated for my dad and fought to get him pain meds that had been missed due to a clerical error. Even though my dad was in great pain, she kept him calm and helped him get through it until the issue was resolved. Noricel went above and beyond in every way! She’s a star, and I’m extremely grateful for her genuine care, compassion, and attention to detail. I must note that she and her co-workers worked very well together as a team to help my dad during his highest pain point. Thank you forever!
