Noris E. Larkin is a registered nurse in San Mateo, California, working as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer for San Mateo Medical Center Hospital and Clinics. She was born and raised in Panama with her parents and an extensive family. Noris has dedicated the last 23 years of her nursing career to serving vulnerable populations in San Mateo, California. She is a transformational leader who leads by example. She is passionate about nursing and improving nursing care across the patient continuum. Noris is also passionate about the fight against breast cancer. She is the San Mateo Medical Center Breast Cancer Support Group co-founder, which she chaired for 12 years. Her plans include work in nursing leadership, as a medical provider, and as a nursing professor. The three most essential things in life for Noris are God, family, and nursing, in that order.
